Return Policy
We at Fabrics.net are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction and are happy to accept returns due to manufacturer's defects. In these cases please contact us via e-mail at fabrics@fabrics.net or call (800) 483-5598 for return arrangements. We are not able to accept returns on cut fabric.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS UNLESS PRE AUTHORIZED BY FABRICS.NET.
Tulle and Net:
Returns of tulle will be taken on a case by case basis. A 25% restocking fee may be assessed. No returns on special orders.
Oilcloth:
Because of the method used in manufacturing the Oilcloth, variations such as squiggles, speckles and off register printing are inherent and may occur. These variations do not affect the quality and durability of the oilcloth. Returns of oilcloth will be taken on a case by case basis. A 25% restocking fee may be assessed. No returns on special orders.
All other Fabric and Products:
Returns will be taken on a case by case basis. A 25% restocking fee may be assessed. No returns on special orders. No returns on cut fabric.
Swatch Credit Policy
We credit the cost of swatch cards on your next order of that specific fabric of two or more yards. The total swatch credit can not exceed the cost of fabric.
International Orders
International Orders will be shipped either UPS or US Post Office depending on the most economical option. International orders will usually take 5 to 10 days or more additional shipping time. A minimum $10 additional shipping charge is standard for overseas shipments. We first have to bring the fabric from our warehouse and then personally take it to a post office to ship it overseas.
