Devore / Burn-out Velvet:

September 1, 1998 to December 1, 1998. Judging is based on design. The winning design will be awarded Fiber-Etch Gift Box filled with Fiber-Etch Fabric Remover, an AirPen for applying Fiber-Etch, and assorted Fiber-Etch Specialty Fabrics from the Silkpaint Corportaion. The Fabric Club will award 7 yards of velvet, enough for a coat, a suit, or whatever garment or use you wish. Judges are Iris Lee, National Fiber-Etch Instructor; Kathleen Fasanella, best selling Author of "The Entrepreneur's Guide to Sewn Product Manufacturing"; and Claire Shaeffer, best selling Author of "Fabric Sewing Guide".
