Our Silk Taffeta fabric is a medium weight taffeta (22 momme) with a soft sheen, very subtle horizontal ribbing and nice scroop [rustle]. This silk would make lovely first communion, flower girl, bridal or christening dresses or formal gowns.  Iridescent taffeta, also seen below, is made with the warp yarn in a different color than the weft yarn, creating a subtle color change as the fabric moves.
